BLOG - Finding a Credible Leadership Coach: What to Look For

This blog piece was partially drafted when it was assigned to me. I noticed the piece was not organized in a manner that would give sequential steps for a prospect to follow, so I adjusted the order of the main ideas. I tweaked the writing to focus on a key desire of a prospect (to receive a promotion) and tried to eliminate objections by clarifying the qualifications a leadership coach should have. Additionally, I included research to substantiate claims within the article and to expound on what characteristics, experience, and education are key in leadership coaching.
